list of cydia apps like www.appshopper.com

Hi, i just finished jailbreaking my 3G but i'm stucked waiting for it to restore so in the meantime i'm looking for cool apps to install, i've written a list but i wanted to know if there was something like www.appshopper.com for cydia and also if you could download the apps on a pc and then sync them to the iphone.
