List of keyboard shortcuts for BBCode (formatting on forums)?

Hello. I am wondering if there are a list of hotkeys available somewhere to quick type "BBCode" formatting..

So pretty much instead of having to type "[ b] [/b ] (to bold) or [ u] [/ u] (to underline)".. I was wondering if there was a keyboard hotkey/shortcut available on OSX to quickly type these little guys out?
