After posting a rather long list with questions about hardware, here is the following thread with all the necessary software that can help students to organize their life. 
If possible easy sync between all devices (iPad, iPhone, Mac) (I already have mobileme) would be great.

• Office 2010 (when available) or iWorks, which would you buy?
o iWorks pro/contra:
 probably better implementation in iPad iWorks in the future
 as far as I heard it, sleeker design, and still sufficient for my needs
 NOT the standard program of my profs/friends, maybe compatibility problems in larger documents with content table etc.?

• 1password for iPad/iPhone/Mac

• ToDo for iPad/iPhone
o Which program that allows autosync with toodledo for mac?

• Handbrake/VLC for my beloved DVD collection 

• Zinio for digital magazines like Economist

• A good program to take notes in class on iPad, which one???
o NoteTaker HD: not tested yet, seems promising
o Sundry Notes: seems to me very complicated, not intuitive enough
o Pages : no free drawing of graphs etc.

• A financial calculator for all devices

I haven’t found anything else yet, but any suggestions would help me a lot. 
Is there any program to sync notes automatically between all devices?

Thank you very much guys!
