5) Receipts for soda, coffee or sandwiches

1. Traffic jams!

2. 5 cent and 10 cent coins, annoyingly irritating to have a wallet full of those jingling things. Prefer notes instead - lighter and takes less space.
 
Besides shelter, food, water, air, safety and companionship we can do without everything else. Everything else is a matter of want that does not enable you to obtain these basics.

If you're that hardcore, you probably could do without safety, shelter and companionship, too. :D
