I don't usually post here, so I tried to do a search. If I missed it, please let me know.

My question is this. Is there any way to remove those little tag circles next to a file/folder name when in list view in a Finder window?

I usually have several windows from our server open and these little balls end up crowding the file/foldernames and cutting them off. I have to make the name column very long and then shrink the window back in order to get them off screen so the file/folder name can be completely seen. For various reasons I have several windows shrunk down to the minimum size I can.

If it makes any difference I'm working on a Mac Pro. Aside from the fact that I can't seem to get the old labels functioning back (I can adapt if I have to), these little circles/balls are ticking me off.

Note that I already have the tag column off. It's just these little balls in the Name column.

Thanks for any advice!
