On the premier order status website it's listed as :
New Service
iPhone 4 - 16GB BlackDataPlus 200MB for iPhone Personal

When I am positive I chose upgrade? Does this happen for anyone else or do I have to make ANOTHER call to at&t?!
 
Same here. Order ATT premier and check order status and says new service. Should be fine I am guessing. I have $30 unlimited data on order so it has to be the upgrade. I wouldn't worry.
