listen iphone music tracks through itunes

I want to listen music (on my iphone) through itunes and use my airPort Express to stream it.
But I can't access the music on my iphone with itunes (the songs are light grey)

Or.

Can I stream music direct from iphone--->airPort

Is an alright alternative to listening to iTunes. You can do a lot with it (granted, I'd like to listen to my iPhone on my iTunes as well).
