Listening to Artist/Album Specific Songs in iTunes

Is there a more efficient way to listen to a specific album or artist in itunes without using the search box to filter the name? The search filter isn't always accurate because it might display songs from other artists which happens to include the name of the band or album you're filtering for.

Use the browser (View->Show Browser) and highlight just the artists/albums you want.

Click on the column headers to order your songs by that. For example, if you click on "Albums" it will order all your songs alphabetically by album, then track number.

Or, as swiftaw says above, use the browser.
