I just upgraded to a new mac. I am trying to listen to sirius online while i work. If i listen to it in safari the display never goes to sleep/screensaver doesnt launch. If i listen to it in firefox the application shuts down when the screensaver comes on. This has never happened to me before on my old imac g5. Is there a setting i have to tweek?

Is it going into sleep mode, or just the screensaver? Your MB might go into sleep mode after X minutes of inactivity?

just screensaver, i'm trying it on my imac, not the macbook, my imac isn't set to go to sleep, just set to start the display to sleep after 10 minutes.

sirus

i downloaded it and the mplayer says I have to log in, guest or subcriber
am I missing something?

I test-drove both, and liked StarPlayr better than SiriusMac.

Well, actually I couldn't get SiriusMac to work at all, so I don't know if that's a good comparison or not.

i had a problem with siriusmac at first, then i downloaded the update, 2.0.4 and it works perfect... so far
