Listing all open windows

As I open more and more windows they overlay each other. Is there a way to see a list of all open windows? Similar to XP's Task Manager or the Cascade option.

You can use Expose to show all the open windows ...

Thanks, Expose looks good. I have seen a friend do that with ... being new to Mac I had to use spotlight. Is there some easy way to bring up Expose with just a single click of the mouse?

Right-clicking an app in the dock will usually give you a list of the app's open windows. This works for Finder as well.

Depends on your mouse ... but you can set up hot corners, which just involve flicking the mouse to one corner of the screen.
