Hi!
Do you know how to create a following list in Pages:

Chapter 1.
Section 1.1.
a.
b.
c.
Section 1.2.
a.
Chapter 2.
Section 2.1.
... etc.

Specifically, how do I add the word "chapter" or "section" before the number?
