Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a Literature Reference Manager with some special features:

- it should easily connect to (Latex)&LyX, therefore it should store the bibliographical information in bibtex-Format
- (If possible it should download the pdf from the web) Store the pdfs in a single folder and rename it with a filename that is "bibtexkey. Author (Year) - Title of paper".

Is there a software that can do this and that you could recommend??

Take a look at Sente; I love it. I know it works with Bibtex, but I don't use that, so I can't comment specifically on how it works and how well it works with Bibtex. Sente easily captures references from various web sources and will download associated PDFs with the references.

You can download a free 30 day trial to see if it will do all that you need.

You could try Bookends; I don't have much experience with bibtex per se but it is compatible. Works well with Word and Mellel. And it just so happens to be on sale as part of a pretty cool bundle at mupromo.com; the bundle is half the price of a copy of Bookends.
