When I receive a phone call, and I answer, first second or two of what I'm saying are not heard by person whom I'm speaking to

It's like when i ''slide'' to answer a phone, I need to wait 2 seconds and than start talking

restarted phone, didn't help. 13.1.3

hmm I selected phone when creating topic, 11 Pro
 
I don't know if it's hw issue, sw issue, but I think it's sw, because when I first used my 11 Pro a month ago, it was okay

how they screwed that up, I don't know
