Little flicker image LG UltraFine 5K

Hi, i have a LG UltraFine 5K display that I bought some months ago from the Apple Store.
Today I have noticed that in some areas of the screen and only with some colors (for example gray), there is a little flickering of the image.
I try to record a video with my iPhone to show it but the camera of the phone doesn't feel it.
It is a hardware or a software problem?
Anyone of you had the same problem?

UPDATE: now three hours have passed since I turned it on and the flickering is progressively disappear, so I think that depends on the display panel that was cold.
It could be?
