So the long and short of it all is that I'm buying my first Apple computer product likely in the couple weeks (or months)... whenever they decide to refresh the Macbook Air line. I will be purchasing a Macbook Air 11-inch most likely.
I am a student, so I will be benefiting from the $100 gift card from my purchase. I am wondering what applications are really worth purchasing from the Mac store (productive, creative, or simply for entertainment; I'm interested in any). I want to purchase a couple of applications that will make my "Apple experience" feel more complete, so to speak.
I'm a student (becoming an elementary school teacher), and in my spare time I play the piano, dabble with photoshop, and dabble with drawing (Wacom Intuos4 tablet). I game as well.
Anyways, if there are any particular programs which would really be worth looking into, please give me a heads up. I know there's a list of "top Apple apps", but it'd be nice to know if there's really some key apps that are very important to have.
