"Live Chat" on Apple's website!?

I was browsing the AppleStore when suddenly without refreshing the page a small blue iChat icon appeared with the text "Live Chat". Is this a new feature?

Clicking on it gives you an error.

Nothing new- chatted with them when I was deciding which Macbook to buy.
