Live Partitioning

Is there any way to partition internal hard drive without erasing any files(in Tiger)?
P.S. I know Leopard has this feature, and i am doing this to install Leopard

Are you talking about Disk Utility?

That utility program does partition the drive, however, it can erase data from the GUID table. If you want something reliable, look at iPartition.
