Live photo JPG and MOV separated

I attempted to copy some live photos from my Iphone 6s to my PC using windows explorer. This has always worked fine for normal images or movies. However somehow I moved the JPG part of the file to my PC and the MOV are still on my phone. Is there some way to rejoin the image with the movie file back on my phone? I don't want 100 3 second movie clips, these are pictures...

Live Photos are only supported on iOS and OS X el Capital. I don't think there's a way to keep them as they are on Windows. At least not yet.

Get a Mac. Its a great ecosystem when all of your stuff is in sync everywhere. You will enjoy it.
