Hello, everyone! I just got the iPhone SE and I'm enjoying the Live Photos. I know that these are an Apple proprietary thing, but I was wondering if you can work with them in a traditional (Windows) photography editing suite such as Photoshop, or for that matter just view them on the PC at all.

Even if you can't view the few seconds of video, I just want to know if they are compatible to be edited and worked with.

I'm pretty sure if you transfer the live photo to your PC it will only be viewed as a still photo, but I haven't tried this to confirm that. I did however backup my live photos to Google Photos and when I viewed them on my PC they were shown as stills.

All images are backupped to my nas immediately and all live photos are saved as *.MOV -files.

Google Photos stores live photos nowadays.

If i remember correctly, live photos are like still captures when browsing your phone in windows...
