None of the Live Photos I've taken so far on my 6S seem to playback properly, either on my phone, my Mac or any other device I send them to. This isn't the "blur" effect that people are already saying makes them look a bit pants, this is something else.
Basically, when the picture plays back, it starts with about the last quarter second of the whole sequence before cutting straight to the start and playing the whole sequence through, which just makes it look a jerky mess. If I export the photo from Photos, the resulting .jpg and .mov files are both fine, it's just the way the Live Photo actually gets played back that's messed up.
Is anyone else experiencing this? FWIW I'm running iOS9.1 beta 3.
