Live photos not getting backed up to Google Photos?

Any ideas why this is happening? If I look at my live photos in the Google app they have a cloud with a line through them, the rest of photos and screen shots etc are backed up fine just not live photos.

I can take a photo on my iPhone SE, Its automatically a live photo, now if I edit it this removes the live photo option and its backed up fine to Google photos but without doing this it doesn't get backed up.

Any ideas?

I think there is software problem which not load full image .
