Live Photos not "previewing"

I just noticed my Live Photos are no longer doing that little preview thing when you are swiping through your pictures in the camera roll. I actually don't mind this, but there's now no way to tell what is a live photo and what isn't.

Anyone else see this happen?

Nobody else has seen this? Really odd. Hard reset does nothing. I'm not about to do a restore to try and fix this silly bug.

It is annoying though because I now can't tell Live Photos from regular ones unless I press it.

You are a genius... AND that is a ridiculous thing for Apple to toggle off when having Reduce Motion selected. It should have its own toggle. Thank you!
