I have an iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 11.2.1 I do not want to take live photos. Ever. I know how to toggle it off but most of the time I forget, I am in a rush to snap or...just NO. I also know that in settings you go to Camera>Preserve Settings and slide switch off Live Photos but that does not work either. Mine is set to off in settings. No matter what Live photos is ALWAYS on when I open my camera app. How do I permanently disable it so it ALWAYS off? Thanks for any help here.

It’s a bug and is fixed in the current beta
