Works fine for me. On iPhone 6+ iOS 9.1 beta 2

ok, i am backing it up now....

and see if it was turned on.... will get back to u :)

Make sure you do not have Reduce Motion turned on.

Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion

On = no fancy animations on the phone.
That changed it for me, not worth it to have it off though…I'm not too fond of the motions

Awesome... it's restoring... should be another 5 minute.. will get back to you guys :)

I don't know if it effects battery, I just prefer not to have the animations :)

Reduce Motion is one of the things activated when using the Low Power Mode, so it does have some effect, but on it's own the setting is so minimal. And again the OP has a Plus iPhone, they already have more than enough battery. At most I would expect maybe a 1-2% over a full change difference. Which is nothing. Even on the smaller 6 it doesn't effect it a whole lot.

Mine move a tiny bit but not the full animation / movement. On some of them I can't even tell.

I'm on 9.1 beta 2 and don't see the animation when going through the camera roll.

EDIT: Turned off Reduce Motion and it works. However, I absolutely detest iOS animations so it's turned on again. :)
