Apps Live Stream Delay

Hi,

I noticed on my Apple TV when watching sports using either DTVN and Youtube TV the stream is behind 5-10 seconds vs same stream on iPhone. Apple TV is connected to the internet via Ethernet cord. Anyone else experiencing this?
