As stated above, your laptop does not have a TV tuner, which will need to be ATSC digital, built in. That limits your tv watching to websites that stream live programming, which network stations don't do other than their local news or locally produced content.

There are USB based tuners that will statisfy your tube jones.

I'd suggest getting an Elgato EyeTV since it's quite compact and cheap... But, you'd need to use another antenna with it since the included one is quite crap
