live video app with no on screen controls?

hey there,

I have an iPhone 5s with the Apple HDMI AV adapter. I can get live 720p video output from the HDMI out, but it mirrors all of the video app's on screen controls. I'm looking for an app that sends just the pure video signal to the output with no screen controls. Anyone have any ideas? My searches have come up empty.

right off the top of my head I would say Apple TV. That's what I use to push videos from macbook, ipad and iphone to my TV.

I don't want to buy an Apple TV - I'm looking for an app for the iPhone 5s that allows me to output a pure HD live video feed from the camera in real time.
