Load SRT subtitle with different filename

Is there any app which allows me to LOAD srt subtitles even if they don't have the same video filename?

I am currently on AvPlayerHD but it works only with identical filenames.

Infuse allows you to import subtitles from other apps (email, Dropbox, etc...) and then using those subtitles with any video (name does not matter).

Additionally, you can download subtitles on the fly from OpenSubtitles.org.
