Load videos/music without iTunes?

Hi,

My JBed iPad is synced to my home computer (Mac Mini).

However, there are times when I am at work that I would like to load a video or song or photo onto it to show in presentatios. I can't use the iTunes on my work computer because it wants to resync everything.

I can use Dropbox, but playback is iffy depending on the current wifi situation.

Is there an app that will load video or whatever into the appropriate app on the iPad without using iTunes?

I'm not wildly fussed if I then lost the video when I sync with my home computer but it would be nice not to.

Have you tried goodreader? I use it to load pdfs. I think I read somewhere that it can load video as well but I'm not sure. The only thing is that you will only be able to open these files through goodreader and not the video or photo apps.
