Loading cog flashes when on LTE.

Anyone else have this problem?

When I am on LTE, the little cog in the top menu bar that indicates data is loading flashes at a relatively high frequency, as if there is a bug or error. LTE data loads fine, it's just the icon that flashes.

It doesn't do it when on wifi.

White 32GB iphone Verizon.
