Loading problem

Hello everyone.
I'm having problems loading images and thumbnails, and sometimes the entire website gets like the last picture. I have the last version of google Chrome, Java and Flash.
I deleted my cache and history, I tried doing something with DNS's, Java, Flash, and nothing worked so far.

This doesn't happen for every website. Only a few.

I'm using a MacBook Pro with Mac Os X 10.6.8
