I am loading video files from my Mac Studio to my 13-inch iPad Pro (M4, 1 TB). Airdrop is doing it, but at a snail's pace. Is there a faster way of doing this?
If you connect your iPad, you should see it in the Finder sidebar (usually above the Network icon in Locations) on the Mac. Click on the iPad Pro icon and you'll see an option for Files in the titles. You can drag your Videos into one of the apps listed there (which support it). For example, I use Goodreader. I deposit the video into there and once there I can direct it where to send after that. It’s clunky, but it’s faster than Airdrop I believe since it’s a direct connection. Getting things off the iPad are easier than getting it on. This is how I was doing it at least.
