Local account or iCloud account for macOS login

I would like your opinion on what is the safest option for login in macOS?

Should I use my iCloud account or create a local admin account?

no the iCloud account your talking about is if you forget your macOS password iCloud can recover

I have my iCloud account as my Admin account, but I use a standard account for day to day usage.
