Local Apple Store

I went to my local Apple Store in Jacksonville, FL. I went to take back my Apple Bumpers, I had 2 of them. They gave me my money back. Me and my wife had purchased 2 cases at Best Buy.

I saw a Retail Associate, I said mam, do yall have any cases for the iPhone 4? She said NO, with a tone, we only carry bumpers, with a tone, a bumper is all you need. It was like she read a script to me.

I was not upset, it was just disappointing. For an associate to speak that way, but who knows. She is human, but it sounded like a script.

Funny thing is when my brother went to return his iPhone because of camera issue, they also gave him attitude and told him he has to wait 38 days till they get their next shipment, something is wrong with the employees? I think they all are having a bad day.
