So I was just watching the news and an iRepair shop was being interviewed and told people to come on down and they can jailbreak and install upwards of 8000 apps for free from the app store...

Anywhere to report these a**holes?

I would probably call and give a rep all the information about the store, especially if it's an authorized dealer.

He didn't say that it wasn't 8000 free apps from the app store, but technically you I don't think you can install that many apps anyways.

My thoughts exactly. If this is what they said more or less verbatim, they could be talking about free App Store or Cydia apps. This could just be clever/sneaky wording to get people to come in.

Saying you'll install upwards of 8000 apps isn't promoting pirating unless they were specific as to free or paid. That said, if you're smart you'd also know that 8000 apps on an iphone is probably not all that possible.

Ya, not unless they are the smallest and crapiest apps available. Bwahaha.
