have a headless Mac Mini at home, with Remote Management and Remote Login enabled in Sharing System Preferences. It's connected to and Airport Extreme 5th Gen via Cat6 ethernet. I'm away from home using Apple Remote Desktop on my MBP to remotely manage the Mac Mini-I'm logging in as the only admin user on the machine. However, I have a person at home who is obviously on the local network who needs to access the mini (since it has no display) with Screen Sharing, the person needs to get files off the machine and onto an external drive they connect up. I'm able to use Remote Desktop to connect and control the mini without issue. However, there have been times when the person at home locally clicks on the Mac Mini in the Finder Sidebar on their computers and then clicks the 'Share Screen' button but nothing happens and they are unable to login. Bothe myself remote, and the person at home local mush be able to access the Mini's only account that it is currently logged in.

Is there some strange Finder bug that is preventing the local user from accessing the Mini with Screen Sharing? Is it likely only one instance of Screen Sharing is allowed at any given time? Is it possible a previous session had not closed correctly thus not allowing further sessions? Any other issues I'm not aware of and what is possible for me to do remotely to allow this local user to Screen Share the Mini? BTW I'm able to SSH into the Mac Mini via the terminal maybe there is a command or two that allows me to reset Screen Sharing Sessions?

Any info appreciated
