Local Web Server on a Time Capsule

I want to set up a local web site for my family network using my Time Capsule (which is currently acting as my wi-fi router as well). However, I've never done this before. I know it's easy enough on my MacBook (Preferences -> Web Sharing), but how can I do this on my TC. All the computers are already connected...
