Localhostr Widget Issue

I went to upload the screenshot of an error with my localhostr widget and it is throwing me some crazy error also. I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on either of these issues, thank you.

EDIT:
When i copy the link to the file i tried to upload and paste it somewhere else, the text is this:
