Locate local cell towers?

I know this sounds crazy, but I live in a terriable reception area, no matter the cell company. I was curious if anyone out there knows where to look up AT&t towers? Then I know which is close, make a complaint to companies, not really sure what to do. I think it's because I live near huge mountains where all the land is for a park, Mt. Diablo, I figured they cannot put up a tower in the area due to that. Even though for years CA has sold off the land, even though it's not really legal.
So if you know how to look up towers on the net could you let me know.

AT&T has an app called Mark the Spot. It logs the issue or concern, and marks your coordinates. At least your getting good data back to them if nothing else.
