Location-based alerts constantly on?

I’ve gone through Reminders to make sure there isn’t anything set, and there isn’t. Also I’ve checked with both people I’m sharing my location with to see if they have alerts set, and neither do.

Last resort: erase everything and start over.

Anyone else with this problem?

Update: since I was unable to find a solution, I just disabled location-based alerts. This sucks, because I would like to be able to use them, but at least my battery is back to a more normal drain.

its..a beta.. my alerts are fine but my motion calibration & distance is always on, the seemingly absolutely useless location service as i find nothing that breaks when its disabled, the planet says fitness stuff, they still track the same with it off.
