Location Based App triggers on OSX or iOS

Hey Folks,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to automatically play music when I arrive at home. The scenario would basically be similar to location based reminders where when arriving Spotify would launch either on my iMac (OSX Lion) or on my phone (iOS) with Airplay using Airserver.

Appreciate the OSX scenario might be easier? Maybe sending an email to trigger a script????

Any thoughts appreciated.
