SBSettings is phenomenal, and SBSchedule is nice if you have a consistent schedule, but something like this would be killer.
Main reason for inquiring: I have weak 3G inside my house, but get 2-3 bars of EDGE. I use my wifi at home, so it's fine if I turn off 3G, but it's a hassle to turn 3G off every day when I come home and back on when I leave.
Something even as simple as a tweak that turns off 3G when it connects to a particular wifi network, such as my house, would be perfect.
I thought I saw something similar a few months back, but can't recall.
