Location based reminders STILL not working. Anyone else?

I was using iOS 7 beta 5 on my iPhone 5 when my location based reminders stopped working. Chalked it up to being a beta and got used to it.

I bought the iPhone 5s and location based reminders STILL do not work.

Is anyone else having this problem? I use them a lot and it pisses me off that it still doesn't work

Once I enabled wifi, whether or not it was actually connected, mine worked.

Yes. I set up a reminder for when I visited a neighboring city and I was there a couple of days ago and got no notification.

the reminders app is very disappointing, all the way around.
