Location data - how to convert to gpx file?

I have been searching for a way to convert my iPhone 4's 'hidden' location data to a usable gpx file that I could then use to geotag my photos (taken on my dSLR). The iphonetracker app can only output a pdf map as far as I can tell. GPSbabel doesn't seem to be able to read the iPhone file.
