Location name search on Photos.app doesn't work

Location search on Photos.app seems to have an issue on iPadOS 16.1.1(iPP) despite it works on iOS 16.1.1(12 PM).

If I search photo with “Sanfrancisco Bay Area”, I got only 6 on my iPad but got 432 on my iPhone which is correct. However, after I see a property(tapping “i” bottom) of a photo taken in SF(it's geo-tagged for sure) on the iPad, then the photo appears in the search result.

I and my wife shares a library since 16.1 but she has the same issue on her iPad mini.

Location data seems to be recognized and processed on my iPad because the map-based photo display works as expected.

Does anyone have the same issue?
