I know that the system logo in About This Mac is usually located in "Applications/Utilities/System Information" and then located in the Assets.car file. The system icons in that file are from Catalina though. I remember in the Catalina beta, there was a 2nd location where that type of icon was located. I can't remember exactly where though. Has anyone been able to find the location of Big Sur Light Theme & Dark Theme system logos?
