I was playing Hanging with Friends when I noticed the Location icon was on. I thought that was strange so I closed the game, closed all apps, yet the Location icon remained. I then turned off Location services and soon after that, I got a pop-up notification saying something like "Turn on Location services to allow "" to ..." What the heck is ""? There was no name at all. Anyone find this kind of strange?

BTW I'm on a 4S with jailbreak. First time this has happened and the only tweaks I've installed recently are WeeSlide and WeeFlashlight.

Try to turn on your notification services, then close all your apps and see if the list of apps under location service is purple instead of gray. If there is an app with purple triangle, then the app is probably trying to turn on your location service
