Location reminders and altitude

With the iPhone 4s, you can set reminders for a specific location.
Can you
1. Set a location "now I am st mom's house"
2. Set a location based on height. "Eric's office" is on the 35th floor, whereas "Bob's office" is on the 2nd floor of the same building.
