Location Service are constantly on for me in public beta 3. Anyone else having this problem?

Location Service are constantly on for me in public beta 3. Anyone else having this problem?

When I look in the privacy settings it says nothing is on but my battery is draining like crazy

PS I'm using a 5s. My air 2 is fine.

Did you look in the System Services section of Location Services as well?

I did. Nothing is showing its using location services. Just the icon on the home page showing is how I know. Also the battery drain. I had to turn location services off completely.

The same things happens to me and I tried to disable Location Services. I have an iPhone 5s too..

I am thinking of performing a clean install though.

Let me know how it goes if you do. My computer is at work so I ant try right now
 
Guess what. Tried to resent network settings and seems that it solved my problem. Could you please verify it as well?
 
i seem to have fixed this issue by toggling the most-visited places on and off ( i previously set it to off) in system service.

What about trying out restriction? This can not only disable future apps requesting location service, but also help preventing current apps from getting your location.
 
Had this too. Try turning off location services then do a hard reboot (home+power) and re-enable location services. This fixed it for me, however I did a re-install later and set up as new and the bug reappeared but the above fixed it again. Think it is a beta glitch.

Location services off and share my location off. Hard reset. Location arrow still present (the outline arrow not the solid arrow). Bluetooth is also off.

And now, like magic, it's gone.
