Location services arrow

i noticed that the little arrow on top of the phone (right corner) wont turn off at all.

I already went into privacy and turned off location services for all apps and restarted the phone and it wont go away. Is there something else i am missing?

Go to Settings, Privacy, and click location services at top and see what has the dark purple arrow by it and you can tell exactly what's requesting constant location. At the bottom is "System Services" and you can click that and see what Apple services are requesting location. Turn on and off as appropriate. There you can figure out what though.
